With the desire to support Saigon Co.op to be a friend of every family as planned objectives, BrainMark Consulting & Training organized the “Customer Service Management” workshop for nearly 60 supermarket managers sharing knowledge of how to supervise customer service process, work implementation, team management and development, and other practical content.
